Artist Profile:
Tim Cox

Tim Cox was born in Safford, Arizona - a fourth generation westerner, he was raised on a property just outside of Duncan, Arizona.  Tim began drawing at an early age and his parents and other recognized and encouraged his passion.  After many years of ranching, in combination of 40 years of honing his artistic talent, Tim continues to do what he does best -- translating the cowboy way of life to canvas.

Congressional Art Competition

FWA is pleased to support these talented young people by providing much-needed support for art programs in our schools.  The show is hung in April with the awards ceremony each May.

FWA Contributions

FWA continues to support the Elfrida Art Center, over the last eight years FWA has averaged $4789 per year in awards and the results of this assistance have been excellent. The Art Center is helping young people in the tiny Southern Arizona community expand and excel in their artistic endeavors.
